LOCATION:               Bucks Co. / Montgomery Co., PA

 Delaware Co. / Chester Co., PA

 

KEY BENEFITS:            Morning / Day Shift / Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm

                         No Weekends / No Nights

                         Health Insurance (After 90 Days)

  Paid On-the-Job Training

PAY:                          $20 - $22 Per Hr. To Start

Draftech Beer Services is a leading provider of draft beer system solutions, servicing the hospitality industry with excellence for over 25 years. We specialize in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of draft beer systems, helping our clients deliver exceptional beer experiences to their customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time Draft Beer Service Technician.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Full-Time Draft Beer Service Technician with Draftech Beer Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' draft beer systems. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of draft beer lines, faucets, couplers, and related dispensing equipment.

  • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble draft system hardware to ensure proper operation

  • Replace worn or damaged tubing, seals, gaskets, and fittings as needed

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot pouring issues such as foaming, off-flavors, or pressure problems

  • Maintain accurate service logs and cleaning records for each customer location

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures

  • Communicate professionally with bar, restaurant, and brewery staff during service visits

  • Transport and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and service vehicle inventory

  • Identify opportunities for system repairs, upgrades, or preventative maintenance

  • Represent the company in a professional manner while providing reliable, on-time service

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with draft beer systems, including line blockages, leaks, and pressure irregularities.

  • Conduct system inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions for optimal performance.

  • Install and commission new draft beer systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests and customer inquiries.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in refrigeration, plumbing, or related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in draft beer system / soda system maintenance, installation, or repair is highly desirable.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members as well as working independently.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel to client locations as needed.

  • Must have reliable personal vehicle with valid auto insurance

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.

  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and be able to move kegs that weigh close to 165 pounds.

  • Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.

  • Must be able to go up and down ramps and stairs frequently.

  • This role requires constant indoor and outdoor work with frequent change in temperature.
